All orders are to be delivered (no pickup orders available).
Once the order is placed it cannot be amended.
Unfortunately we are not able to provide delivery windows at this time but once your order is placed, you will receive a call within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) to arrange a convenient delivery time.
All deliveries will need to be sighted by someone at your home. We cannot leave any items unattended or unsighted.
Our drivers will contact you throughout the day to ensure they are able to carry out the delivery so please provide the best contact phone number to your account
Our team will do their upmost to deliver your order correctly the first time, though if for any reason an item is missing or damaged, we will provide you a credit and refund within 24 hours of returning to our warehouse.
We will issue the refund to your Credit Card through the STRIPE payment system.
We cannot offer a refund for any over orders or change of mind purchases.
If we are unable to successfully deliver your goods we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery.
Our drivers check over the orders when they are delivered to ensure you order is complete. Though sometimes products can be missed, IF your order hasn't been delivered complete, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of your delivery so we can investigate and organise a re-delivery of the missing products.
If we are not contacted within 24 hours, we will not be able to replace or refund any missing items.
