With over 35 years of industry experience Godden Food Group has been supplying your favourite restaurants, pubs, clubs, cafes, schools, takeaways & hotels and is now proud to offer you the same restaurant quality products and ingredients as they use via our home delivery service.

With an ever-expanding range of over 5,000+ products and strong relationships with all major food manufacturers Godden Food Group has most of the brands you already know and love as well as a number of unique brands and restaurant quality products that may not be available at your supermarket. To begin with we have selected around 500 products from our range and the team are working hard to continue to add new products everyday.

Our customers rest assured that quality is guaranteed at GFG with a state of the art, 5,000 pallet capacity, export Grade distribution facility – complimented by our fleet of state of the art delivery vehicles featuring back to base, minute by minute temperature monitoring & GPS tracking. What you need to know

Ordering Information

  • Minimum order of $150.00 for GFG home deliveries
  • Free delivery on all orders over $150.
  • Once the order is placed it cannot be amended.
  • Due to the current restrictions we are unable to offer a Click & Collect service - all orders are to be delivered.
  • All orders are to be paid for at checkout. All Random weight products (such as meat & vegetables) will be charged at the highest weight rate - Eg: 4-5kg brisket will be charged at the 5kg price. However if the weight is below the charged amount a credit will be processed within 24 hours. Customer Service will contact you on the day of delivery to advise of any pricing discrepancies.

Delivery information

  • Next business day delivery for most suburbs.
  • To check your suburbs eligibility for home deliveries place your postcode in at checkout
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation showing your assigned delivery day.
  • While we are not able to provide delivery windows our friendly drivers will contact you the morning of your delivery to arrange a convenient time. Please provide the best contact phone number upon checkout.
  • We cannot leave any items unattended or unsighted. All deliveries will need to be sighted by someone at your home.
  • Due to the current restrictions we are not able to offer Click & Collect service - all orders are to be delivered.

Returns & Cancelled orders

  • Due to foodsafety we cannot offer a refund for any over orders or change of mind purchases.
  • If your order is returned to the warehouse as someone wasn't home, or you cancelled the order a re-stocking charge of $20.00 (plus GST) will be applied when refunding your order.
  • It is possible that we may need to reduce an order in some cases to make sure there is enough stock for everyone. If this is the case we will process a priority refund on your credit card - We appreciate your understanding regarding this process.

Product warranty

  • Our team will do their upmost to deliver your order correctly the first time, though if for any reason an item is missing or damaged, we will issue you a credit or replacement within 48 hours of delivery.


GST on orders

  • We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia.
  • The prices you see online include GST.

COVID-19 Safety Information

In order to provide safety for our staff & all members of the general public we will be providing contactless delivery. Our drivers will place your products at the front door rather than delivering into your home. We thank you for your understanding with this safety practice.
